Personal Data Protection Policy - Work with Us Area

Subject: Privacy Notice pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016 ("GDPR")
for the processing of personal data collected in the "Work with us" area

Provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") - EWIVA S.r.l. explains how personal data ("Personal Data") collected by sending Curriculum Vitae ("CV") to the e-mail address: hrteam@ewiva.com.

 

1. Data Controller of Personal Data

EWIVA S.r.l., with registered office in Via Privata Grosio 10/4 Milano P.IVA 16223171006 – PEC ewiva@pec.ewiva.com (“Ewiva” o “Data Controller”).

2. Categories and Source of Personal Data

As part of the collection of CVs, the Data Controller may process - in addition to the so-called common identification and contact data (such as, for example, name, surname, age, sex, place and date of birth, address, social security number, e-mail) - also information relating to the course of study and / or any previous experience in this case, publicly accessible sources could be consulted (for example, LinkedIn) or the Data Controller could contact any third-party companies specialized in the search and selection of personnel.

Only the data necessary to evaluate the profile must be included in the CV and no other information such as, for example, that relating to the state of health, religious beliefs, or political opinions (so called “special categories of personal data”).

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The data collected will be processed to allow participation in the selection process for the indicated position. (legal basis - Article 6 of the GDPR).

4. Provision of personal data

The provision of Personal Data is aimed to consider the application and failure to indicate the latter may preclude this process. If the CV contains different and / or additional information than those indicated in point 2 above, the Data Controller reserves the right to delete the CV received.

5. Principles relating to the processing of personal data

Personal Data are processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, and transparency, provided for by Article 5 of the GDPR, also with the aid of IT and telematic tools designed to store and manage the data, and, in any case, in such a way to guarantee its security and protect the maximum confidentiality of the interested party.

 

6. Categories of recipients

For the purposes of processing referred to in paragraph 3, the information will be communicated (i) to the employees and collaborators of the Company, specifically appointed Persons Authorized for the processing and (ii) to third-party companies or other subjects that carry out outsourced activities on behalf of Ewiva, as well as to their employees and collaborators.

7. Retention period of Personal Data

The Personal Data will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the CV, or from that of the last update communicated to the Data Controller.

8. Data subject’s rights – lodge a complaint against the Authority

It is possible to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to your personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of processing (articles 15 and following of the GDPR). Data subjects who consider that the processing of their personal data is in breach of the provisions of the GDPR are entitled to lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GPDR by: (a) registered letter with return receipt addressed to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia, 11, 00187 Roma; (b) e-mail to the address: protocollo@gpdp.it, or protocollo@pec.gpdp.it; or (c) fax to the number: 06/69677.3785 or to bring proceedings in the appropriate courts (Article 79 of the GDPR).

9. Changes to Information

This privacy notice may be changed over time. You should therefore check that you are looking at the latest version by accessing the “Work with Us” Area or requesting it to the Data Controller.
