Would you like to request an invoice for your last charging session? If you made a payment via credit or debit card at Ewiva stations, you can request the invoice directly from us by submitting the online form below.

The Ewiva invoice is available only if you made a payment via credit or debit card. If you used an app, an RFID card, or Plug&Charge, we suggest contacting your reference MSP for assistance.

 

Remember, you can request the invoice within 7 days of the charging session..

 

Here’s a tip to speed up the invoice issuance process: when requesting, also upload the receipt. You can download it here or send a photo of the receipt on your screen.

    Have you used Apple Pay or Google Wallet?*


    If you've made a payment by tapping your smartphone on a reader, you've likely used Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
    To find the four traceable digits on an Apple device, open the Wallet app and tap on the card you used. Then, click on the three dots menu at the top right and choose "Card Number." The Apple Pay entry will show the four digits needed to identify transactions made with that card.
    Do you have an Android phone? Open the Wallet app, select the card you used, click on the three dots menu at the top right, and under "Virtual Account Number," you'll find the four digits needed to identify Google Pay transactions.
